Mill Hall is a luxury student accommodation project I've been working on since early last year, now nearing completion. Here are some visuals to show how it will look once finished.

Set in a historic Lancaster mill, this property features over 50 units cleverly integrated into the original architecture. While some layout compromises were made, we've embraced the unique character of the building, preserving key features like the original windows, arched brick ceilings, and exposed metal beams—adding to its exceptional charm.

Each unit is distinct, making this project both a challenge and a creative delight. As we add the final touches, I’ll be on-site to ensure everything aligns with our design vision.

To create a calm and inviting atmosphere, we've used neutral decor, natural materials like wood, plenty of light, and greenery. The finishing touch will be playful artwork to elevate the space’s vibe. Stay tuned for the big reveal!
