This beautiful living room project blends timeless elegance with contemporary comfort to create a serene, inviting space. The clients wanted a colourful space that would be filled with joy, and the design features a harmonious palette of soft blues, rich textures, and playful patterns that add character and warmth.

Central to the space is the statement wallpaper surrounding the fireplace, which nods to the client's Indian heritage and evokes an exotic yet calming feel. Thoughtfully chosen decor pieces, including ceramic vases and artisanal lamps, add a sophisticated yet personal touch. We preserved the original parquet flooring in the living area and replaced the flooring in the garden room extension with intricate tiles, filling the space with natural light and greenery, and fostering an organic connection between indoors and out. The custom oak screen was designed to mimic the arches on either side of the fireplace. It provides a much-needed additional wall to place the piano against, as well as a separation between the living area and the garden room, which remains open for versatility as a play area. Each area serves its purpose without compromising flow or spaciousness, offering flexibility and a sense of cohesion.
