LOCATION

PAYMENT

​

On payment of the session you are agreeing to the Consultation T&C’s.

​

 

ONSITE TRAVEL SURCHARGE

 

We allow a total of 1 hour travel round trip to Consultations. Additional costs to be calculated on receipt of postcode. £60 ph (Inc VAT) to cover additional travel time and fuel. This will be invoiced pro-forma. The booking will be confirmed on payment of the Invoice.

ADDITIONAL TIME ONSITE

 

This is advisable if you wish to cover several rooms. Advising on this prior to the booking will ensure the time can be accommodated. We will raise a pro-forma Invoice and the booking will be confirmed on payment. Alternatively, if you wish to proceed for longer during the session (can't guarantee) we’ll send an Invoice after the session, with payment due with 7 days. All late payments will have a 10% late fee applied per week.

OUT OF BUSINESS HOURS

 

The Business hours are 9-5 Monday to Friday. If you wish to book an evening or weekend session the fees will be an additional 20%

BOOKING AND PAYMENT

 

The Session time slot is only confirmed on receipt of full payment of booking and any additional costs. Payment due 48 hours prior to time slot. Late payment may result in the booking slot being taken by another client.

COLOUR CONSULTATION

​

f you require a Colour Consultation please ensure to inform the Designer on booking so relevant colour wheels and charts can be brought. The Designer is not responsible for not bringing this equipment if they have not been pr-advised. To ensure accuracy of colours we advise colour consultations are done in person, if this is completed digitally we will only be able to provide a more generalised colour direction. We also advise Colour Consultations should only be booked when you’ve already selected your decor pieces which can be referenced, not when you have an empty space.

ONLINE CONSULTATION

 

We’ll require some images or videos of the space prior to the session.

SERVICE PERIMETERS

 

This is not a condensed version of a Room Design and Product Selection Service and we would not pick out exact pieces for your home, this takes time to research and pull together all elements of a concept prior to making informed decisions; This would be done as part of the Full Interior Design Service. We are happy however to help you select items if it’s the finishing touch to your Room, or give our opinion on selections you've already made.

BRANDS

 

We may discuss some brands, but full access to Brands and Contractors are shared within the Interior Design and Supply Service as part of a Project.
 

 

CLIENT REQUIREMENTS

 

The Designer will be using a laptop to reference images for the Client ensures getting the most value out of the session. The Client is responsible to ensure access to Wifi is available at the location or pre-plan an alternative location. Otherwise be aware the Designer will reference images on their phone only. ADVISE To get the most out of the Consultation we advise to include all Project decision makers’ in the session. The follow up notes are helpful and are there to remind you of the discussion, but nothing compares to all parties being present and getting the advise first hand. NOTES PACK On average we spend 1- 2 hours compiling this for you depending on what we have covered. We’ll aim to send this to you within 5 working days. PROJECT ANALYSIS The Designer and the Client at this stage, are under no obligation to proceed on an Interior Design Service Project, but if you’re interested in this Service we can both use this as an opportunity to decide if we’d make a good fit as both a Client and Designer. A further analysis of your Project, Scope and Budget will be required to assess whether it meets the minimum requirements to proceed.

- Address.

- Names and contact details of those attending the session.

- Scope of Consultation, what you require and how many rooms you wish to cover.

- Do you require any additional time booking?

CANCELLATION

 

Payments are not subject to refund. However, with notice a booking can be rearranged free of charge. Cancellation with less than 24 hours notice prior to time slot booking will result in any re-booking costing an additional 50% of the Standard Consultation Fee. Cancellation on the day of the booking will result in any re-booking costing 100% of the Standard Consultation Fee.
