Mill Hall

Mill Hall is a luxury Student accommodation I've been working on; a project that started early last year and is now approaching the final stages of completion. Here are some visuals to give you an idea of how it will look on completion.

Located within an old mill in Lancaster, this property boasts over 50 units ingeniously integrated into the historic architecture. While some compromises were necessary in terms of layouts, we've also gained some truly unique features that come with such a distinctive property! We've made it a priority to preserve as many of these captivating features as possible; from the original window style, to the arched brick ceiling's and the exposed metal beams. They will undoubtedly contribute to making this space truly exceptional.

One of the most mind-boggling aspects of this project has been the sheer diversity of each apartment. Every unit is different, presenting a challenge I've met with unwavering patience and meticulous design coordination. As we add the final touches, I anticipate spending a considerable amount of time on-site, ensuring that everything unfolds according to our carefully crafted plan. Studying and adhering to project deadlines can induce stress, prompting our desire to establish a tranquil zen space. We've maintained a neutral decor, incorporating natural materials like wood, abundant light settings, and foliage. The final touch involves incorporating playful artwork to enhance the overall ambiance.
