York Hotel

The hotel's proximity to York Train Station inspired the choice of artworks featuring trains, creating a seamless connection between the art and the hotel's surroundings. This artistic choice not only pays homage to the local environment but also provides a visual link to the adjacent train station.

Drawing from the palette used in the selected artworks, we developed a ready-made colour scheme that incorporated shades of ocre, brass, and grey. This palette served as the foundation for the overall decor, ensuring a harmonious and cohesive design throughout the hotel.

To achieve a timeless ambiance, we blended both classic and contemporary decor elements. This approach strikes a balance between traditional elegance and modern sophistication, offering guests a rich and enduring aesthetic experience.

In addition to the decor, a meticulous selection of beautiful accessories was made to provide those essential finishing touches. These carefully chosen accents and details not only enhance the overall atmosphere but also contribute to the unique and memorable character of the hotel.
